This year's fee has been reduced from last year's to offset the parking fee. There are not any designated vendor parking spaces at this event. There is a parking garage located across from the park which charges a $10 fee for all day parking.

This 2 day event is being held at a beautiful waterfront park. (You are purchasing one day) A portion of the proceeds to benefit Edison Festival of Light, Inc. (a nonprofit organization)

Saturday & Sunday, February 15th & 16th from 10AM-5PM. Set up starts around 8am for Saturday. NO RAIN DATE . Fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable to future events. This is a rain or shine event. Severe weather would result in canceling. Fees are not refunded or credited if cancelled due to severe weather. All events are rain or shine. Severe weather would result in canceling. (Lightning, hurricane, high winds, etc.) Fees are not refunded or credited. Events are NOT rescheduled. We can’t control the weather.
Vendors can purchase only one day or both days. Overnight security is provided. If you are planning on staying set up over night, be sure to have your tent fully wrapped up with all 4 sidewalls. Must have weights. No stakes in the ground. Minimum of 50lbs per leg. Any vendor that doesn’t have weights, will not be able to set up a tent.
Participants MUST stay the entire event. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting participation in future events. Spots are given on a first come first serve basis. Must bring your own table & chairs. Must provide your own table cover. (Any Color) No Plastic table covers please!
All fees are non-refundable. Please make sure you have the date available to attend before paying. Spaces are not transferable to another vendor or to another event. Set up starts at 8:00AM. Electricity is not available. Event Staff will be at the entrance of the park and will assist you with direction to where to set up. All attendees will unload their items and then go park before setting up your space. You will be able to drive up to your space to unload and to load up. All participating vendors are responsible for what they are selling and their own businesses. Any licenses, insurances required or sales tax reporting required by state is the sole responsibility of the vendor. Canopies/tents are permitted. Maximum 10x10ft. NO TENTS BIGGER THAN 10X10 ARE PERMITTED. All tents must be weighted down with weights (NO STAKES). All tents must be weighted down. This is a must. Minimum of 50lbs per leg. Any vendor that doesn’t have weights, will not be able to set up a tent.
You will be responsible for your spot. Please don't leave anything behind after the event and remember to keep it litter and debris free. We look forward to having you! Customers like to shop a variety, therefore, we are an open market and do not give exclusive spots for events to any one type of vendor.

Liability: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants and participants, by execution of this entry form hereby release and discharge any cause of action against Local Ladies Social Network, Inc. and Edison Festival of Light, Inc. and any other entity connected with the management and/or presentation of the event for any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, and/or claims whatsoever, that may be suffered by an entrant and/or participant or his/her property with respect to participation in the event. By paying to participate you agree to the terms here within. You must be 18 years or older to purchase a space. We do not permit political or any controversial vendors at any of our events. Conduct policy: All vendors are expected to act in a professional manner. LLSN staff reserves the right to ask any vendor to leave the event for any misconduct towards our staff, other vendors or customers. No questions asked. Fees are non refundable. Any vendor that is asked to leave an event due to misconduct will forfeit all future events and any/all pre paid future events with LLSN.
